| The Regis Group served as the Developer and General Partner in the renovation of 34 apartments in conjunction with the Cecil B. Moore Service Corporation, a non-profit organization. The Beech Corporation Interplex and The Apollo Complex at Temple University have spearheaded commercial redevelopment efforts in this area of Philadelphia. Cecil B. Moore Village is the residential counterpart to these efforts. Financed by the city of Philadelphia Redevelopment Authority and the Pennsylvania Housing Finance Agency, this project qualified for an allocation under the Low Income Housing Tax Credit Program. The equity for this project was syndicated by The Richman Companies. Completed in November 1997. Total development cost: $5,035,024 |
