| The Regis Group served as General Partner in the renovation of 49 apartments in North Philadelphia, in conjunction with the Philadelphia Council for Community Advancement, our non-profit partner. Financed by the Pennsylvania Housing Finance Agency and Philadelphia Housing Development Corporation, this project qualified for allocation under the Low Income Housing Tax Credit Program. Completed in April 1992. Total development cost: $3,560,626. |  |
