| The Regis Group served as Developer and General Contractor in the renovation of 56 apartments located in North Philadelphia, in partnership with the Housing Association of Delaware Valley (a non-profit organization). Financed by the Redevelopment Authority of the City of Philadelphia, NatWest Bank and Regent Bank, this project qualified for allocation under the Low Income Housing Tax Credit Program. The equity for this project was syndicated by Edison Capital. |  |
