Financed by the Pennsylvania Housing Finance Agency and the Philadelphia Housing Development Corporation, this project qualified for and allocation of the Low Income Housing Tax Credit Program. The equity for this project was syndicated by Ocwen Financial. Completed in March 1994. Total development cost: $4,269,715 |  |
