| The Regis Group served as Developer and General Contractor for 14 affordable "for sale" homes in the Francisville section of Philadelphia, in partnership with the Francisville CDC. Financed by the Redevelopment Authority of the City of Philadelphia and Corestates Bank, the development was completed in February of 1999 at a total cost of $2,154,000. Francisville CDC and The Regis Group jointly marketed the homes to low and moderate-income buyers. |  |
