Developer and General Contractor in the renovation and reconfiguration of an entire City block including the St. Anthony's School, a 42,000 square foot historically-certified property. The Regis Group with our non-profit partners, South of South Neighborhood Association (SOSNA) and the Philadelphia Senior Center were selected in a competitive RFP process conducted by the Redevelopment Authority of the City of Philadelphia. This entire City block had been vacant for decades, blighting the community. The development is scheduled to have a wide variety of social service programs for the elderly and includes 9,000 square feet of space for these services on the ground floor. The development team secured financing from the sale of Low Income Housing Tax Credits and from the Redevelopment Authority of the City of Philadelphia. Completion date: July 2000.
