In 1997, Regis purchased a vacant 200,000 square foot industrial loft building at 12th and Callowhill and converted it into a mixed use commercial/residential facility equipped for the new millennium with over 100 parking spaces.

In 2002, Regis converted the top two floors of the Wolf building into 20 luxury loft apartments ranging in size from 1,000 to 1,700 square feet.
