In 1997, Regis purchased a vacant 200,000 square foot industrial loft building at 12th and Callowhill and converted it into a mixed use commercial/residential facility equipped for the new millennium with over 100 parking spaces.

The building is now home to 90 businesses including the administrative offices for a HMO, the nation’s largest traveling children’s theater company, various software development companies, an art school started by one of the world's most prominent portrait painters, video production companies and much more. In the summer of 2002, 20 luxury loft apartments were completed.

The Wolf building has been the catalyst to the revitalization of the Loft District in the Callowhill Neighborhood area.
