General Partner and General Contractor in the renovation of the Dimeling Hotel, a 42,000 square foot historically-certified property into 33 independent units for the elderly, in conjunction with the Clearfield Downtown Business District Authority and the Central Pennsylvania Community Action Agency. This trophy property of Clearfield County had been left vacant for 30 years and faced demolition. Regis was able to creatively obtain financing from six separate financing sources which include: the Borough of Clearfield, Federal Home Loan Bank of Pittsburgh, VA/HUD/IA Appropriation Conference Report Allocation, the sale of Historic and Low Income Housing Tax Credits and PennHOMES funds. Project competion: January 2001.
