In Spring 2022, we began constructing three luxury town homes in Graduate Hospital! This vacant lot was purchased at the end of 2021. Our plan is to have them subdivided with two homes built on the intercostal waterway in Ocean Ridge Florida.

This single family residence was purchased at the end of 2021. We have plans to build an addition, with details to come shortly. Built in 1990, this 9.891 square foot property sits comfortably on the intercoastal in Delray Beach Florida.

721-723 North 16th Street


In June 2023, we wrapped up construction at Mountview Apartments, a 10-unit, new construction rental building located on N 16th Street in Fairmount.  The building showcases multi-level interior floor plans ranging from 686 square feet to 1541 square feet per unit. The development plan features a split roof deck design partially opened to the court yard below. Residents will have both stair and elevator access to the entire building, including the cellar and the rooftop. Select units have private balconies overlooking East Philadelphia.


As of now the building is at 100% occupancy as we initially marketed and rented units prior to completion.
